If you are an existing member that wants a new nametag (lost old one, old one got eaten by a badger, thought of a cool nickname you'd like to use), then you can sign up and get a replacement nametag for $10.

If you want your name to differ from what's in CCM, please let us know in the comments section.

Name tags will be delivered to  the club and you can pick them up during league.
