Exciting times here at the DFW Curling Club.  Membership has approved the board to sign the lease and move forward with the buildout!  This page will be used as a tool to keep everyone updated on the current status of completion of our very own Dedicated Curling Center!!

Milestones Completed

• Membership vote completed with 100% in agreement to authorize the DFWCC Board to sign the lease and move forward with buildout.

Next Steps

• DFWCC Board to sign lease agreement upon completion of all necessary building permits in order to take advantage of the 90-days of free base rent.
• Waiting on City of Irving to approve a zoning change which is required for our ability to receive a liquor license.
• Meeting with City of Irving scheduled to review and answer questions with regard to our building permit request.
• Meeting scheduled with the contractors for installation of chiller and mechanical equipment.
